LEGAL NOTICE WRIT OF SCIRE FACIAS THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA TO: STERLING JOHNSON WHEREAS, the Middle Smithfield Township consolidated its claims against Sterling Johnson in the Court of Common Pleas of Monroe County through an Order issued on December 10, 2025, for the sum of $19,225.73 for failure to pay for sewer services, against the following property situate in 5615 Cub Lane; East Stroudsburg, Monroe County PA 18302, owned or reputed to be owned by Sterling Johnson. AND WHEREAS, the claim is still due and unpaid, and remains a lien against the said property; NOW, Sterling Johnson is notified to file his Affidavit of Defense to said claim, if defense he has thereto, in the Monroe County Prothonotary Office by May 16, 2026. If no Affidavit of Defense be filed within said time, Judgment may be entered against Sterling Johnson for the whole claim, and the property described in the claim may be sold to recover the amount thereof.
