Sealed bids will be received by the Upper Arlington Public Library Board of Trustees as provided in this notice for the Tremont Branch Roof Replacement Project. Questions may be directed to Dennis M. Paben, Senior Architect/Project Manager at dpaben@legat.com. Electronic copies of the Contract Documents, which include additional details, are available from Builder’s Exchange at https://home.bxohio.com/. Bidders are responsible for any costs.
Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Upper Arlington Public Library Board of Trustees, ATTN: Lori Piergallini, Fiscal Officer, 2800 Tremont Road, Upper Arlington, Ohio 43221, and plainly marked on the outside "TREMONT BRANCH ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT BID." Bids will be received until 12:00 p.m., local time May 15, 2026 and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at the Tremont Branch in Meeting Room B located at 2800 Tremont Road, Upper Arlington, Ohio 43221.
A pre-bid conference will be held on April 30, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at the Tremont Branch in Meeting Room B located at 2800 Tremont Road, Upper Arlington, Ohio 43221.
All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
