ABANDONMENT OF PORTION OF TYLER STREET  Notice is hereby given that the petition of Marconi Street, LLC. for the abandonment of a portion of TYLER STREET, in the Town of North Providence, will be scheduled for hearing on May 5, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. in the Town Hall Council Chambers, 2000 Smith Street in said Town, for the reason that said portion of TYLER STREET has ceased to be useful to the public.  For a description of that portion of said highway sought to be abandoned, reference is hereby made to said petition on file with the Clerk of said Town Council.  Notice is hereby given of said hearing at which time all persons will be heard for or against said abandonment and as to the damage, if any, that they will sustain thereby.  Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing-impaired must notify the Town Clerk at 232-0900 (Ext. 1207) 48 hours in advance of the hearing date.  By Order of the Town Council Mary Ann DeAngelus, Town Clerk
