NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given by the County Council of Greenville County, South Carolina (the "County Council") that the County Council will conduct a public hearing on the proposed adoption of an Ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF AN AGREEMENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A JOINT COUNTY INDUSTRIAL AND BUSINESS PARK (2010 PARK) OF ANDERSON AND GREENVILLE COUNTIES SO AS TO ENLARGE THE PARK TO INCLUDE CERTAIN PARCELS LOCATED IN ANDERSON COUNTY. (Duke Project)" on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. (or at such time as other public hearings are concluded) at the Greenville County Council Chambers located at County Square, 301 University Ridge, Greenville, South Carolina 29601. Anyone wishing to speak at this public hearing must register onsite between 5:15 and 5:45 p.m. the evening of the meeting. All taxpayers, residents or other interested persons who appear will be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the adoption of the Ordinance.
