Condensed Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Common Council of the City of Cudahy, held at the Cudahy Municipal Building, 5050 S. Lake Dr., Milwaukee County, Wisconsin –
TUESDAY, MARCH 17, 2026
ROLL CALL
Mayor Jankowski called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. The following answered, "present" to the roll call: Council Members Levy, Phillips, Haines, Loferski and St. Marie-Boelkow. City Attorney Larson, Attorney Martell, City Administrator Larson, Police Chief Andrews, Fire Chief Bloor, DPW Director Birkel, Inspection Manager Herrera, Inspector Shannon, Clerk/Treasurer Sobieski, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Venancio-Leonard were also in attendance.
APPROVED:
1. Minutes of the Plan Commission meeting held January 13, 2026.
2. Minutes of the Regular Common Council meeting held March 3, 2026.
3. To adopt 2025 Milwaukee County Hazard Mitigation Plan to meet FEMA requirements.
4. Ordinance No. 2569 entitled "An Ordinance to Repeal the Traffic Commission and Board of Public Works and Create the Public Works Committee.
5. Adjourn into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 19.85(1)(g).
6. Adjourn closed session and reconvene in open session.
7. Proceed as discussed in closed session.
