PUBLIC NOTICE   Please take notice that the East Rockhill Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the East Rockhill Township Municipal Building, 1622 Ridge Road, Perkasie, Pennsylvania to consider the Application of Laura Davis, concerning a property located at 415 Liberty Trail, Sellersville, East Rockhill Township, also known as Tax Map Parcel Number 12-008-231. This property is located in the S, Suburban zoning district. The Application requests a variance from §27-304.B3.a of the Zoning Ordinance to permit an impervious surface of 51.6% where 48% is permitted. The additional impervious surface is based on the installation of an inground swimming pool, decking, patio and related equipment. In addition, the Application requests a variance from §27-304.B11.f. to allow the pool to be installed less than 25’ from the rear lot line.   The application and accompanying documents are on file for public inspection Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the East Rockhill Township Municipal Building.   Scott A.
