NOTICE TO ACCEPT BIDS   The Republic R-III School District is hereby accepting bids for asphalt repairs. Bids must be submitted on forms provided by the School District, located at www.republicschools.org under Business Operations. For asphalt specifications and questions please contact David Seibert at david.seibert@republicschools.org or 417-417-522-4147. All bids must be received in the Central Office, 636 N. Main Street, Republic, MO 65738 by 3:00 pm on Monday, May 4, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for prevailing wage regulations as applicable. All work is to be completed by August 3, 2026. Contractor must coordinate all work with district activities and construction at the high school. Bids will be opened at 3:00 pm on Monday, May 4, 2026 at the Central Office, 636 N Main Street, Republic, MO 65738. The Republic School District hereby notifies all bidders that disadvantaged business owners will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. All employees working for contractors or subcontractors on this project shall have had or receive OSHA 10-hour construction safety training within ten (10) days of beginning work on the project. The School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities in bids.
