Bids shall be received in the place identified above, and shall be opened and publicly read aloud at the above stated time and place. Each Bid must conform and be responsive to the contract documents. The District reserves the right to award the contract less any one or all deduct prices. This bid will be awarded by total price. Bid will remain open and valid until June 30, 2027 and will be renewable for up to 2 additional 1-year terms upon mutual agreement by both parties. District reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive irregularities in any bid. Each bid shall be made out on a form to be obtained at the Office of the Owner, VICTOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT, Victorville, California.
