PUBLIC NOTICE APRIL 2026 Advertisement of Bids  Separate sealed Bid Proposals for the Brian Head 2026 Streets Project will be received by Brian Head Town at their offices at 56 North Highway 143, Brian Head, Utah 84719, until no later than 1:00 p.m. Thursday, April 30, 2026, and at that time will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Town Council Chambers. Brian Head Town reserves the right to not award the project to the low bidder. The project involves the supply and installation of hot mix asphalt for leveling course and transition, asphalt replacement, and chip seal with flush coat on Pinehurst Street, Eagles Roost Street, and Ridgeview Street, in Brian Head, Utah. Brian Head Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any irregularity.
