Pearl River Valley Water Supply District   Invitation to Bid No.: 26-700-55-05   Forest Products for Sale   Sealed bids will be received by the Pearl River Valley Water Supply District Shop at their office at 100 Reservoir Park Road, Brandon MS 39047 up to and not later than May 8th, 2026, at 9:00 a.m for the right to purchase all forest products designated for that purpose and described as follows below. At that time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.   The timber for purchase is a Pay-As-Cut, Clear-Cut operation on approximately +1- 81 acres, in Section 34, Township 9 North, Range 5 East, Scott County, Mississippi.   For instructions to bidder and complete specifications, including information on access to the site, contact Rick Hollis at Pearl River Valley Water Supply District at the above address, at rhollis@therez.ms, or at 769-231-7460.   The award, if made, will be to the party deemed most favorable to the District at the time the bids are received.
