Laurel, New Jersey 08054, telephone (609) 397-9200, an Answer to the Foreclosure Complaint filed in a civil action, in which NewRez LLC is a Plaintiff and Jordan Brown and Chance Luxury Lifestyle LLC is a defendant, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey within 35 days after April 24, 2026, the date of publication, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your Answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, P.O. Box 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625 in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure. You, Jordan Brown, have been made a Defendant for any interest you may have in the subject premises because you executed Plaintiff's mortgage and for any lien, claim or interest you may have in, to or against the mortgaged premises.
You, Chance Luxury Lifestyle LLC, have been made a Defendant to divest any right, title and interest it may claim in, to or against the mortgaged property by virtue of the Deed dated October 15, 2021, between Jordan Brown (Grantor) and Chance Luxury Lifestyle LLC (Grantee), which was recorded on October 22, 2021, in Instrument No. 2021066523, Deed Book D4159, Page 232. Defendant is a real owner of the mortgaged property and its interest is subordinate to Plaintiff's mortgage.
