U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, as Trustee (the "Trustee") under a Trust Indenture dated as of November 1, 2007, as supplemented by a First Supplemental Trust Indenture dated as of January 1, 2008, a Second Supplemental Trust Indenture dated as of May 1, 2012, a Third Supplemental Trust Indenture dated as of September 1, 2016, a Fourth Supplemental Trust Indenture dated as of June 1, 2020, a Fifth Supplemental Trust Indenture dated as of May 1, 2023 and a Sixth Supplemental Trust Indenture dated as of March 1, 2026 (as supplemented, the "Indenture"), which Indenture provided for the issuance of $42,040,000 Mt. Vernon School Building Corporation of Hancock County Ad Valorem Property Tax First Mortgage Refunding Bonds, Series 2016B dated as of September 21, 2016 (the "Bonds"), hereby gives notice to the holders of the Bonds as follows:
There is on deposit with the Trustee under the Indenture, cash and direct, noncallable obligations of the United States of America which are sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the Bonds when due and to call Bonds maturing on or after July 15, 2027 for redemption on July 15, 2026.

On April 16, 2026, the Trustee, executed a partial release and discharge of the Indenture, solely as to the 2016B Bonds, in accordance with the provisions of Section 8.04 of the Indenture.
