NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE This is notice of a public hearing of the Indian River County Planning & Zoning Commission and the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners to consider recommending special exception use and site plan approval for the construction of a racquet club facility. The facility will be operated by the Westside Racquet Club, which will be located east of 43rd Avenue, north of 6th Lane SW, and South of 5th Place SW (specifically at 4291 5th Place SW). A public hearing, at which parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, will be held by the Planning and Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, in the County Commission Chambers of the County Administration Building, located at 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. and by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 9:00 A.M.
