PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Stanford will hold a public hearing on May 13th at 7:30pm at the Stanford Town Hall, 26 Town Hall Road, Stanfordville, NY, to consider the application of JAMES A. MURPHY, 152 CARPENTER HILL ROAD PINE PLAINS, NY 12567 & DONNA S. STRAUSS, 219 HUNNS LAKE ROAD STANFORDVILLE, NY 12581, AS TRUSTEES OF THE FLORENCE Z. MURPHY IRREVOCABLE TRUST DATED MARCH 27TH 2008 for property located at 421 Conklin Hill Road (Tax Map ID: 135200-6970-00-083267-0000).
The applicant requests an Area Variance for front yard setback relief of 40 feet (from 100 feet to approximately 60 feet) for construction of an addition and 35 feet (from 100 feet to approximately 65 feet) for construction of a detached garage and ADU.
All interested parties will be heard.
