BIDS WANTED Sealed bids will be received at the Windsor Township Office, 1480 Windsor Road, Red Lion, PA until 9:00 a.m. Thursday, May 14, 2026 after which they will be publicly opened and read for placement of sealcoat on S. Blacksmith Ave., N. Blacksmith Ave., Mountain Rd., High St., Zimmerman Rd., Blouse Rd., Bahn’s Mill Rd., Meadow Rd., Gebhart Rd., Christensen Rd., Heffner Rd. and S. Camp St. and spot chipping in various locations. The scope of work for each individual street is detailed in the bid documents. The bids will be awarded at the Windsor Township Board of Supervisors meeting on Monday, May 18, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. Bid forms must be obtained from Windsor Township.
