INVITATION TO BID The Red Lion Area School District invites proposals for the Locust Grove Elementary School Repaving Project. A Pre-Bid meeting will be held, Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 7:30 A.M. at the Locust Grove Elementary School, 3620 E. Prospect Rd., York, PA 17402. All bids must be plainly marked Ed Center-Locust Grove Repaving Project, sealed in an envelope and received at the Red Lion Area School District, Education Center, 696 Delta Road, Red Lion, PA 17356 by 11:00 A.M. prevailing time, Tuesday, May 19, 2026. Bids will be opened at this time.
