ADVERTISEMENT SEALED PROPOSALS will be received and considered by the Town Council of the Borough of Chambersburg until 10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 7, 2026 for: 2026 STREET PAVING AND IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT FOR MULTIPLE STREETS in accordance with Specifications, which may be obtained at the Office of the Borough Secretary, 100 South Second Street, Chambersburg, PA 17201 or www.chambersburgpa.gov. A Proposal Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bidders maximum bid price is required to accompany with a Bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds each equal to 100% of the amount of the Contract Price within fifteen days following the award of the Contract.  Jamia Wright, Borough Secretary
