13 POPES LANE LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN OF DANVERS PLANNING BOARD   Notice is hereby given that the Danvers Planning Board will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on May 12, 2026. This hearing will be held at the Toomey Room, Danvers Town Hall, 1 Sylvan Street, Danvers, Massachusetts and can be attended virtually. The public hearing will be broadcast online and through Danvers Cable Access Television (DCAT). Access information is posted at https://www.danversma.gov/AgendaCenter. Said hearing is relative to a request for a Special Permit and Site Plan Review submitted by Forest River Realty, LLC for property at 13 Popes Lane (Map 40, Lot 14), pursuant to Section 30.5 “Required Findings for Issuance of Special Permits” and Table 1: Table of Allowable Uses “Contractor’s Yard” and Section 4 “Site Plan Review” of the Zoning Bylaw. Said property is in the Highway Corridor Zone (HCZ) zoning district. The applicant is proposing a contractor’s yard and associated site modifications.
