THE GENERAL SCOPE OF THE PROJECT IS AS FOLLOWS: Renovation of approximately 5,764 square feet of existing office space in the existing 21,000 square foot vehicle maintenance building. The interior renovations include demolition and construction of new offices, restrooms, training and meeting rooms, break room and kitchen, sign shop, entrances, and closets.
