Request for Proposals Title: RFP – MISCELLANOUS FIRST FLOOR RENOVATION OF THE FIFTH THIRD BANK BUILDING Notice is hereby given that The Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County d/b/a Eskenazi Health will accept proposals for Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) for Miscellaneous First Floor Renovation of Fifth Third Bank Building on the campus of the Sidney and Lois Eskenazi Hospital. RFP packages may be obtained by sending an email to brent.fraker@eskenazihealth.edu A mandatory site visit will take place on May 11, 2026, at 10am. Pre-registration is encouraged by e-mailing Brent Fraker. The meeting will be held at the project site. Offerors participating in the site visit will meet at the Main Entrance of the Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital, Information Desk, located at 720 Eskenazi Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46202. Responses to the RFP will be received by the Purchasing Department until 1pm EST on or before Thursday, June 4, 2026. No proposals will be accepted after this deadline. All interested businesses are encouraged to participate in this project.
