This data is the information, which will be used to establish the assessment roll of the Town of Pelham, New York, which will be filed in the Department of Assessment on June 1, 2026. This information may be reviewed during normal business hours by appointment in the Assessor’s Office at Town Hall, 34 5th Ave., between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.
