VOROUS JOHN M. PAVLICA JOHN DANIEL RAY PAVLICA COLORADO CITY METROPOLITAN DISTRICT   You are hereby notified that on the 20th day of October, 2010, the then Treasurer of the County of Pueblo, State of Colorado, sold at public sale to John M. & Donna R. Pavlica the tax lien upon the following described real estate, situate in the County of Pueblo, viz:   LOT 201 UNIT 8 COLO CITY   said sale being made to satisfy the delinquent general taxes assessed against said property for the year 2009, and certificate of purchase numbered 1864 book 2010 was issued to John M. & Donna R. Pavlica by said Treasurer.   THAT SAID John M & Donna R. Pavlica did on the 22nd day of August 2023, duly assign the certificate issued on account of said sale to John M. Pavlica & John Daniel Ray Pavlica;   That subsequent taxes upon said property for the years 2010 to 2024 inclusive were paid by the holder of said certificate of purchase.   That at the time of said assessment and said sale said property was taxed in the name of Shane J. Vorous.   That John M. Pavlica & John Daniel Ray Pavlica the present holder of said certificate of purchase has made application to me to offer at Treasurer's Deed Auction for a Treasurer's or Tax Deed to said property, provided the same has not been redeemed from said sale for taxes prior to the start time of the Treasurer's Deed Auction.   That I will offer for sale at public auction on or after 19th day of August A.D., 2026 at 4:30 p.m. MT, the above listed property.
