SALAMA NANCY M. SALAMA BUFFALO PLAINS 22, LLC CITY OF PUEBLO   You are hereby notified that on the 22nd day of October, 2019, the then Treasurer of the County of Pueblo, State Of Colorado, sold at public sale to Fig as Custodian for Fig C019, LLC & Secured Party the tax lien upon the following described real estate, situate in the City of Pueblo and County of Pueblo, viz:   LOTS 43 + 44 BLK 15 LAKEWOOD SUB   said sale being made to satisfy the delinquent general taxes assessed against said property for the year 2018, and certificate of purchase numbered 1172 book 2019 was issued to Fig as Custodian for Fig C019, LLC & Secured Party by said Treasurer.   THAT SAID FIG ASCUSTODIAN FOR FIG C019, LLC & SECURED PARTY did on the 16th day of August 2023, duly assign the certificate issued on account of said sale to Buffalo Plains 22, LLC;   That subsequent taxes upon said property for the years 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023 and 2024 were paid by the holder of said certificate of purchase.   That at the time of said assessment and said sale said property was taxed in the name of Nancy M. Salama/David V. Salama.   That Buffalo Plains 22, LLC the present holder of said certificate of purchase has made application to me to offer at Treasurer's Deed Auction for a Treasurer's or Tax Deed to said property, provided the same has not been redeemed from said sale for taxes prior to the start time of the Treasurer's Deed Auction.   That I will offer for sale at public auction on or after 19th day of August A.D., 2026 at 4:30 p.m. MT, the above listed property.
