EAGLE BAY GOLF LEGAL NOTICE Public Hearing Notice   In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Carver Zoning by Law, the Carver Planning Board will hold a public hearing on   May 12, 2026 at 7:00 PM In the Carver Town Hall, Meeting Room #1   On the application of Mark Rudnik-D&R Investments, Inc. DBA Eagle Bay Golf requesting a Special Permit pursuant to Section 290-5-3 of the Carver Zoning by Law, on property located at 160 North Main Street, Unit F in Carver, MA (Assessor’s Map 24 Lot 3-1) to construct indoor golf simulator bays, training areas, retail golf equipment shop, and a small golf club repair workshop in a Highway Commercial (HC) Zoning District.   Any persons interested and wishing to be heard, should appear at the time and place designated.
