The plan for this subdivision is entitled “145 Barnstable Road, Hyannis MA 02601”, prepared for The Cape Companies, prepared by Baxter Nye Engineering & Surveying, dated April 7, 2026. The subject properties are shown on Assessors Map 327 Parcel 244-001. The application is submitted by The Cape Companies, LLC. The request is to subdivide the property at 145 Barnstable Road, Hyannis MA 02601 into two lots and a private road. To create the Definitive Subdivision of Land, the applicant has requested certain waivers to Chapter 801, Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Barnstable as defined in the application provided.
