Notice is hereby given that the Pembroke Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., in Pembroke Town Hall, Room 6 (Veterans Hall), on the application of Paul Holt, 49 Oldham Street, Pembroke, MA 02359, requesting a Variance from the provisions of Section IV.1.A.4 (garage storage of more than four automobiles) of the Zoning Bylaws of the Town of Pembroke to construct a 30’ x 50’ garage for the storage of two vehicles, a boat, recreational outdoor equipment, tools, and a personal workbench. The property is located at 49 Oldham Street, Pembroke, MA 02359, in the Residential A District, as shown on Assessor’s Map C9, Lot 65. A copy of the application is available for review in the office of the ZBA and Planning Board at Pembroke Town Hall.
