SUPPLEMENTAL TITLE 5 INSPECTION REGULATION LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF BREWSTER BOARD OF HEALTH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   The Brewster Board of Health will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, beginning no earlier than 6:30 PM, in the Brewster Town Office Building at 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA. The following Regulation will be heard:   Supplemental Title 5 Inspection Regulation: The purpose of this regulation is to provide a greater degree of protection to public health, safety, welfare and the environment in the Town of Brewster than is contained in Title 5 through increased maintenance and inspection requirements for On-site Sewage Disposal Systems.   The regulation is available for viewing in the Health Department Office and Meeting Board at Town Hall Monday - Thursday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm or Friday by appointment. Public comments will be accepted at the hearing.
