York City Zoning Hearing Board
Public Notice
The York City Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearings on May 21, 2026 at 6:00 PM. The meeting will be at 101 South George Street in City Council Chambers. Comments and questions may be directed to the City Zoning Officer at (717) 849-2280.
The Zoning Hearing Board will hear the following item:
Case ZA-25-31 – 101 E. Springettsbury Ave. – Barley Snyder Attorneys at Law on behalf of Springdale Neighborhood Association appealing Zoning Determination for the case address.
Case 14-2026-Z--V – 532 N. Beaver St. – Tabled from April Meeting – Lairo Perez has applied for variances for rooming house use, off-street parking and room size.
Case 15-2026-Z-V – 225 E. Market St. – Shawn Chronister for First Presbyterian Church applied for 2 variance for a sign and illumination of the sign.
Case 16-2026-Z-SE-V – 701 Wallace St. – Juan Vilato applied for a Special Exception to convert a single-family dwelling into 2 units along with several variances.
Case 18-2026-Z-V – 805 E. Prospect St. – Sharee Faloye applied for a variance to operate a child care center.
Case 19-2026-Z-SE-V – 844-852 E. Market St. – Joe Musso on behalf of Chad Eisenhart applied for a Special Exception for 9 unit apartments and a dimensional variance.
Case 20-2026-Z-V – 150 Fulton St. – Steven Ahlbrandt representing Wire Mesh applied for 4 variances, setbacks, parking, landscaping/buffer, access drive opening.
