NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE WHEREAS, Word and Worship Church (“Grantor”) executed a Deed of Trust dated April 21, 2011 to T. Harris Collier, III, as Trustee, for the benefit of Trustmark Bank f/k/a Trustmark National Bank (“Beneficiary”), and said Deed of Trust was recorded on May 13, 2011 at Book 7118, Page 5156 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds County, Mississippi, First Judicial District (“Land Records”); WHEREAS, Grantor executed a Modification of Deed of Trust dated July 17, 2017, extending the maturity date of the April 21, 2011 Deed of Trust, and said Modification of Deed of Trust was recorded on August 25, 2017 at Book 7208, Page 7794 in the Land Records. Collectively, the Deed of Trust and the Modification of Deed of Trust shall be referred to as the “Deed of Trust;” WHEREAS, the legal holder of the aforesaid Deed of Trust and the indebtedness secured thereby substituted William D. Drinkwater, as Substitute Trustee, in the place and stead of T.
