Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated May 30, 2023, in the original principal amount of $194,000.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dinwiddie, Virginia in Instrument No. 202301399, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on June 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM in front of the building housing the Dinwiddie County Circuit Court, 14008 Boydton Plank Road, Dinwiddie, VA 23841, the property designated as "3.0 ac.+ , […] Sims & Others, D.B. 674-329, T.P. 96-3B", on the plat dated April 11, 2016, entitled Compiled Plat Showing Five Parcels Totaling 28.4 ac.+ as requested by […] Barnes et al., located off the West side of Route 737 in Sapony District, Dinwiddie County, Virginia, recorded as Instrument No. 160001290, to which plat reference is hereby made for a more particular description of Parcel B. Sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, if any, of record, or other matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the premises. TERMS: CASH. A deposit of $19,500.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale. Prior to the sale, interested bidders will be required to register with and must present a bid deposit which may be held during the sale by the trustee.
