LEGAL NOTICE The Fairview Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing at the request of Tammy Gielniak and Shawn Stroup, owner of the property parcel (21) 76-4.00-6.00, located at 7228 Rupert Dr, Fairview, PA 16415. The request is a for a side yard variance in R-1 Suburban District. The hearing will be held Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. at the Fairview Township Municipal Building, 7471 McCray Road, Fairview, PA 16415.
