Bid specs may be picked up at the Municipal Building or may be requested by phone at 814-893-5025 between the hours of 9am and 2pm Monday through Thursday. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
