By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Monroe County, Indiana, in Cause No. 53C06-2510-MF-002965 wherein Fifth Third Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Crystal R. Rice aka Crystal R. Goodman, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder, on the 19th day of June, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Monroe County, Indiana.
