The appraisal was completed based on exterior view of the property only.

be sold subject to the mortgage $ 16,104.93 of Bank of America NA
shall be for not less than two thirds (2/3) of the difference between the value of the real
estate, as appraised, and the amount remaining on the mortgage of Bank of America NA.
