NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
In compliance with the code of the City of New Brunswick, New Jersey, that an application has been filed with the Secretary of the Planning Board, City of New Brunswick, on or about February 28, 2025 by Peter Camamis to develop a vacant parcel measuring fifty feet in width by one hundred feet in depth. Proposed is a two-story, four-unit residential use. Each unit is proposed to have two bedrooms. Four onsite parking spaces are proposed. The following relief is requested:
Preliminary and final site plan approval, as well as a variance for the required number of parking spaces, where required are 8 parking spaces, and proposed are 4 spaces, a variance with regard to the setback of the HVAC units where required is 10 feet and proposed is 6 feet, together with such other variances, waivers and other relief as may be necessary for the project as proposed or amended,
for the premises located at 338 Townsend Street, City of New Brunswick, New Jersey and designated as Block 164, Lot 23.01 as shown on the Official Tax Map of the City of New Brunswick.
Any person or persons affected by this application may have an opportunity to be heard at the Planning Board Meeting of the City of New Brunswick to be held on May 11, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter when called, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 78 Bayard Street, New Brunswick, New Jersey.
All documents relating to the application may be inspected by the public between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the Division of Planning, 25 Kirkpatrick Street, New Brunswick, New Jersey, by making an appointment.
