NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Vanderburgh County, Indiana, in Cause No. 82D05-2512-MF-008026 wherein Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Tyrell Dae'Shon Williams, Deceased; K. J. W., Minor; C. S. W., Minor; B. J. W., Minor; Unknown Heirs and/or Devisees of Tyrell Dae'Shon Williams, Deceased; Estate of Tyrell Dae'Shon Williams, Deceased were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of June, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
Part of Lot Forty-seven (47) in Richard's Subdivision of Lots Ten (10), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), Seventeen (17), Nineteen (19), Twenty (20), Twenty-one (21), Twenty-two (22) and Thirty (30) of Maxwell's Plat, an Addition to the City of Evansville, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book C, page 273 in the office of the Recorder of Vanderburgh County, Indiana and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the point on the North line of said Lot Forty-seven (47), a distance of Seven Hundred Ninety-three (793) feet West of the Northeast corner thereof; thence East, along said North line a distance of Thirty-two (32) feet; thence South a distance of One Hundred Sixty-three (163) feet to the South line of said Lot Forty-seven (47); thence East along said South line a distance of Thirty-two (32) feet; thence North to the place of beginning.
