This is an action to quiet title to the real estate described herein, as against the Defendants and any unknown persons claiming an interest therein:
Lot numbered fifty-two (52) in the Echo Addition to the City of Lafayette, Indiana.
Located in Fairfield Township, Tippecanoe County, Indiana.
Said real estate commonly known as 1913 Salem Street, Lafayette, Indiana
The Defendants in this action must respond within (30) days after the last notice of this action is published. Failure to do so may result in a judgment by default against the Defendants for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
