ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the following property: Property described as Maryland Ave., Hancock, MD 21750, and more fully described in Liber 3642 Page 0335 among the Land Records Book for Washington County, Maryland, Assessed Value: $21,500; and Assessed to: Mouy Op; Property ID: 05-007402.
The Complaint states, among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid, although more than six (6) months from the date of sale has expired.
It is thereupon this 23rd day of April, 2026, by the Circuit Court for Washington County; ORDERED, that notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this Order in a newspaper having a general circulation in Washington County once a week for three successive weeks, the last insertion on or before May 29, 2026, warning all persons interested in the said properties to be and appear in this Court by the 29th day of June, 2026 and redeem the Property, and answer the Complaint, or thereafter a final judgment will be rendered foreclosing all rights of redemption in this Property and vesting in the Plaintiff a title, free and clear of all encumbrances.
