Take notice that the Upper Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Upper Southampton Township First Floor Meeting Room, 939 Street Road, Southampton, PA, on the appeal of 57 Street Road, LLC (26-04), regarding Tax Parcel Nos. 48-003-011-001, 48-003-011-002, and 48-003-008-001, located at 57 Street Road, in the R-3, Moderate Density Residential Zoning District of Upper Southampton Township. Applicant owns more than one multi-tenant building on the subject lots. Applicant seeks an interpretation under the Upper Southampton Zoning Ordinance (“Ordinance”) that the commercial, medical, and professional uses on site represent pre-existing lawful nonconforming uses. In the alternative, Applicant seeks a variance from §185-16, Table of Use Regulations, within the Ordinance, to permit Professional Service (Use 24), Business Services (Use 25), and Health Services (Use 28) in a R-3 Zoning District. A copy of the application may be viewed by appointment in the Office of Licenses and Inspections at the Township Building.
