In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A, Section 11, the Quincy Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at or after 6:00 PM, in the 1st Floor Boards and Commissions Room, Old Town Hall, 1305 Hancock Street, Quincy, MA, on the application of Jacob Sun, 190 Franklin Street, Quincy, MA 02169, for Site Plan Review under Quincy Zoning Ordinance Title 17, Section 9.5.1 (Site Plan Review) and 5.1.17 (Parking Waiver). The Applicant proposes to add one (1) unit to the existing single-family and an additional two-units in a second building for a total of four (4) units along with ten (10) interior and surface parking spaces. The proposal will also include professionally designed drainage controls and landscaping. The property contains 13,750+/- square feet of land and is located at 190 Franklin Street. The subject property is located within a Residential B Zoning District and shown on Assessors Map 3016, Lot 4, Plot 110.
A copy of the Applicant’s plans may be examined at the Department of Planning and Community Development, Quincy City Hall, 34 Coddington Street, 3rd Floor, Quincy, Monday through Friday during regular working hours 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
