LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE BERKLEY PLANNING BOARD  In accordance with the provisions of Ch 40-A,Sec 5 MGL, the Planning Bd will hold a public hearing on May 14, 2026 at 6:05 p.m. at Town Hall,1 N. Main St, Berkley, MA for: 1.) the proposed amendment to the “Official Zoning MAP Town of Berkley” referenced in Article 21 Section 2.2 by adding the following properties to an existing General Business District: 31 Padelford St (Map 10 Lot 59), 33 Padelford St (Map10 Lot 36-01), 35 Padelford St (Map 10 Lot 60) & 35R Padelford St(Map 10 Lot 61); 2.) to amend Art. 21 of the Gen. Bylaws D.11 “Table of Use Regulations” replacing “N” with “PB” for Column R and “Y” with “PB” for Columns GB & SB.   A copy of the proposed change may be inspected in the Town Clerk’s office during business hours.
