(RFP) 26-06  LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF NORWELL Lease of Land to Install and Operate Wireless Service Tower and Communication Facilities Grove Street Site REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) 26-06   The Town of Norwell invites sealed proposals for requests proposals from personal wireless services providers and/or telecommunications companies for the construction and operation of a telecommunications tower and related equipment at the Grove Street Well Field, Norwell, Massachusetts, for the provision of wireless telecommunications services.   The RFP may be obtained starting April 29, 2026, 2025 at 8:00AM via https://www.townofnorwell.net/bids.php   A site visit shall be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Property entrance (133b Grove Street.)   Proposals must be received no later than Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 12:00PM. at the Selectboard Office, 93 Longwater Circle, Norwell, MA 02061. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, cancel the RFP, waive informalities in the bidding procedure, award to multiple vendors and/or to accept the proposal deemed best for the Town.
