PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE Worcester Planning Board 26 & 28 Milton Street (MBL 09-028-19-22; -1922A) Milton Street Properties, LLC applied to the Planning Board seeking (1) Definitive Site Plan Review under the requirements of the City of Worcester Zoning Ordinance and (2) Chapter 12 §12 Street Improvement Review under the requirements of the City of Worcester’s General Revised Ordinances, Chapter 12, §12. Presently on the premises are two partially constructed single-family attached (townhouse) structures and a ±15 FT retaining wall. The properties are located within the RG-5 (Residence, General) zoning district.
