Milton Street Properties, LLC applied to the Planning Board seeking (1) Definitive Site Plan Review under the requirements of the City of Worcester Zoning Ordinance and (2) Chapter 12 §12 Street Improvement Review under the requirements of the City of Worcester’s General Revised Ordinances, Chapter 12, §12. Presently on the premises are two partially constructed single-family attached (townhouse) structures and a ±15 FT retaining wall. The properties are located within the RG-5 (Residence, General) zoning district. The applicant seeks retroactive site plan approval for a previously constructed retaining wall that spans both of the properties and partially retroactive approval for the construction of two single-family attached (townhouse) structures, each containing three units. The applicant also proposes improvements to Milton Street, including grading and paving, along with associated site improvements (PB-2026-017).
