STRAFFORD COUNTY, NEW HAMPSHIRE BANKING & CASH MANAGEMENT SERVICES REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The County of Strafford, New Hampshire is seeking proposals from qualified financial institutions for professional banking and cash management services. Firms must be full service banking institutions with demonstrable experience in municipal banking. The intended duration of the contract is for a three year period. Any change to the provisions or specifications of the RFP shall be made by written addendum issued no later than four (4) working days prior to the RFP acceptance date. Prospective vendors shall have complete responsibility for being aware of any and all addenda. All proposals must be received by 4:00PM on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. Proposals received after that date and time shall not be considered. Interested parties must submit five (5) copies of the proposal to: Strafford County Commissioners, 259 County Farm Road; Suite 204, Dover, NH 03820, and be clearly labeled "BANKING & CASH MANAGEMENT SERVICES". Following review of the RFPs by the County Administrator, County Treasurer, and Finance Director, a recommendation will be made to the Strafford County Board of Commissioners for approval. Upon approval of the Strafford County Board of Commissioners, the County Administrator will approve a contract award to the successful bidder. Strafford County reserves the right to reject in whole or in part any and all proposals when it is deemed in the best interest of the County to do so.
