Legal Notices for 2026 Precinct Changes Dissolution of Precincts 100/Augusta Christian School and 108/ACS Furys Ferry Road and New Boundaries of Precincts 107/Gospel Water Branch, 109/Stevens Creek Church, 110/Columbia County Fire Headquarters, 115/Martinez Baptist Church, and 135/Christ Church Presbyterian 1. Public Notice of Election Day Precinct Boundary Modification The Columbia County Board of Elections does hereby provide notice, as required in O.C.G.A. §§ 21-2-262(a) and 21-2-262(c), of a change of precinct boundaries and polling locations involving the 100/Augusta Christian School and 108/ACS Furys Ferry Road and New Boundaries of Precincts 107/Gospel Water Branch, 109/Stevens Creek Church, 110/Columbia County Fire Headquarters, 115/Martinez Baptist Church, and 135/Christ Church Presbyterian precincts. In order to account for the desire to no longer serve as a facility at Augusta Christian School and ACS Furys Ferry Road, the proposed boundary modification will adjust the boundary lines for 107/Gospel Water Branch, 109/Stevens Creek Church, 110/Columbia County Fire Headquarters, 115/Martinez Baptist Church, and 135/Christ Church Presbyterian precincts to inherit the voters from 100/Augusta Christian School and 108/ACS Furys Ferry Road precincts. The polling locations located at Precinct 100/Augusta Christian School and Precinct 108/ACS Furys Ferry Road will be dissolved and the new polling locations will now be located at Precinct 107/Gospel Water Branch Baptist Church, Precinct 109/Stevens Creek Church, Precinct 110/Columbia County Fire Headquarters, Precinct 115/Martinez Baptist Church, and Precinct 135/Christ Church Presbyterian. Precinct boundary maps are currently on file in the Board of Elections Office, 610 Ronald Reagan Drive, Building G3, Evans, GA 30809, and any affected or interested citizens are encouraged and invited to view the maps at that office. The available maps will depict the current precinct boundaries as well as the proposed boundaries. This change in the above-mentioned boundaries will be considered and may become final on February 24, 2026. Any person objecting to these modifications must file his or her objections with the Director prior to such date.
