SEIZED PROPERTY: 2015 BMW 428 Gold Temp 22014187 VIN/WBA4A5C56FG052586   NOTICE OF PENDING FORFEITURE On January 29, 2026, a traffic stop was made on Bayou Rapides Road in Rapides Parish, the property described as a 2015 BMW 428 Gold Temp 22014187, VIN/WBA4A5C56FG052586 was seized pursuant to LSA-R.S. 40:2601 eq seq by the Louisiana State Police.   The property seized with respect to an alleged violation of Title 40, Sections 2603 and 2604 of the Seizure and Controlled Dangerous Substances Property Forfeiture Act of 1989 and/or Title 40, Section 1041 and will be forfeited pursuant to that Act.   If you desire to contest the forfeiture of this property, you must mail a claim to the seizing agency and District Attorney’s Office stating your interest in the property.
