APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE WATER NO. 94986 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 30th day of January 2026 Singatse Peak Services, LLC of Yerington, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 2.25 c.f.s. and 1,628.66 a.f.a. (diversion only - no additional duty is being requested) of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from an underground source at a point located within the SE1/4 SE1/4 of Section 16, T13N, R25E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SE corner of said Section 16 bears S 84 degrees 25 minutes 25 seconds E, a distance of 981.05 feet (approx. 1.5 miles W of Yerington, NV).
