UNDER AND BY VIRTUE OF AN EXECUTION issued out of and under the Seal of the Superior Court of Maricopa County, State of Arizona, on the 6th day of April, 2026, and to me as Sheriff of said County duly directed and delivered in the above-entitled action:
WHEREAS, on the 25th day of August, 2014, the above-named plaintiff recovered a Judgment in the above-styled Court against the Defendant, Merle Hardy, as follows:
The balance owing on the judgment as of March 26, 2026 was $36,807.77, with interest continuing to accrue on the principal balance at the rate of 29.99% per annum, until paid in full, plus interest continuing to accrue on costs at the rate of 4.25% per annum, until paid in full.
AND WHEREAS, the judgment roll in the action in which said judgment was entered is filed in the Clerk's office of said Court, in the said County of Maricopa and the said judgment was docketed in said Clerk's office in the said County, on the day and year first above written.
And the sum of $36,807.77 with interest as aforesaid is now actually due on said judgment and
WHEREAS, I am required to make the sum due on the said judgment, with interest and costs and accruing costs, to satisfy said judgment out of the personal property of said debtor, or if sufficient personal property of said debtor cannot be found, then out of the real property in this County belonging to debtor on the day whereon said judgment was docketed in said County, or at any time thereafter, I did, on the 24th day of April, 2026, levy upon all the right, title, claim and interest of the said debtor, in, of and to the following described real property, to-wit:

THENCE continuing North 00 degrees, 00 minutes, 47 seconds West, along the West line of said Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 21, a distance of 154.89 feet to the Northwest corner of said Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 21;
THENCE North 89 degrees, 48 minutes, 24 seconds East, a distance of 331.07 feet to the Northeast corner of said Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 21;
THENCE South 00 degrees, 01 minutes, 00 seconds East, along the East line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 21, a distance of 145.00 feet;
THENCE South 86 degrees, 37 minutes, 57 seconds West, a distance of 147.99 feet; THENCE South 83 degrees, 22 minutes, 29 seconds West, a distance of 29.75 feet; THENCE North 89 degrees, 04 minutes, 36 seconds West, a distance of 83.79 feet;

NOW, THEREFORE, PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I will, on the 21st day of May, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. at 301 West Jefferson Street, Room 250-8*, in the City of Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona, sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified funds only, in lawful money of the United States, all the right, title, claim and interest of the above named debtor, in, of and to the above described real property.
