Adler of Kingston, in the County of Plymouth and to all other persons interested. A Petition has been presented to said Court by Peter W. McManus of Weymouth in the County of Norfolk representing that he holds as joint tennant an undivided part or share of certain land lying in Kingston in said County Plymouth and briefly described as follows: See Description Attached.
