LEGAL NOTICE OF CONDEMNATION AND DEMOLITION PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, PARISH OF CADDO, LOUISIANA. The Parish of Caddo, Property Standards Board met on 20 April 2026 and the Caddo Parish Commission voted on 23 June 2026 to accept their recommendations with the following decision. Notice is hereby given of the condemnation and demolition of the residential housing structure and abatement of code violations located at 4229 Hampton, Shreveport, Louisiana. Geographical numbers 181429-004-0300-00 and owned by Abigal Land Holding 23 LLC of 1575 Lynam Dr. Omaha, Nebraska. This is notice after an inspection of the property indicated violation(s) of a dilapidated house structure. it also has some high grass and vegetation on the property. If the violations are not corrected within 30 days the Parish will correct them or hire a private contractor to correct the violations. Pursuant to Chapter 30, Section 30-27 any interested party may appeal the decision of the Property Standard Board by filing a written request to the First Judicial District court within five (5) days of service of the order of the board. Pursuant to Chapter 30, Section 30-29 all costs of demolition and abatement of violations will be the responsibility of the owner, plus a 15 percent administrative charge and if not paid within 30 days a lien will be placed on the property.
